First Time Home Buyer Seminars

If you are thinking about buying a home, now is the time to take advantage of the lowest interest rates and home prices in 4 years. First time home buyer? Learn how the government is willing to give you $8000 when you purchase your first house. (Hey folks, this tax credit of $8000 expires April 30th, 2010!) Whether you have dabbled in real estate before or have never bought a house, come to one of these informational buyer’s seminar and we will teach you how to navigate through Colorado’s housing market so that you can save (and earn) thousands of dollars at the closing table. We will also have a mortgage specialist on hand to help you understand what a lender is looking for and what it takes to qualify. There are fabuous loan programs out there. Currentyly you only need a 3.5% downpayment to qualify for an FHA loan. Come to one of these informational meetings and you will learn so much more.
